Andy Williams
Andy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) degree, is a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP) and holds a Certificate in Environmental Management.
He began work as a surveyor with Finnamore & Partners Ltd., Halifax in 1984. He became an independent adjuster in 1990 and since that time has worked for various International Adjusting firms as a Senior Technical Adjuster.
During his adjusting career, Andy has accumulated considerable experience as an International Loss Adjuster on numerous large commercial and marine construction projects (including DSU) as well as upstream/downstream energy property. He has developed significant expertise in the investigation and adjustment of environmental impairment losses involving hazardous materials as well as relevant techniques for effective site remediation. He has experience in managing offshore energy, marine and aviation hull, liability and cargo claims. Andy is also one of the leading specialists in Canada for Aquaculture loss investigation and adjustment.
Andy enjoys time at the cottage with his family where he can be found floating on the lake and boating. An avid skier, on water or snow he relaxes and unwinds by staying active outdoors.

Greg Potten
Greg has been an independent adjuster since 1998. He is a graduate of The University of New Brunswick in Fredericton with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education. He holds a Chartered Insurance Professional designation from The Insurance Institute of Canada and a Chartered Loss Adjuster designation from The Canadian Independent Adjusters Association. He is a Certified Fire & Explosion Investigator as well as a member of the National Association of Fire Investigators.
Greg’s focus has been primarily in commercial property, environmental, mining, aquaculture, cargo, construction and casualty claims. He is currently the President of The Canadian Independent Adjusters Association for the NB/PEI region and holds a Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designation.
Greg is a Fellow of the International Federation of Adjusting Associations
In his spare time, Greg enjoys international travel, wine tasting and outdoor activities such as soccer, golf and hiking.

Kelly Vincent
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, an Advanced Diploma in
Human Resources Management, a Chartered Insurance
Professional and a Canadian Risk Management Designation.
Kelly joined the insurance profession in 2008 in the auto department
for a large national insurer, after which she became an independent
adjuster with an international independent company gaining
experience in multi-lines in the way of commercial property,
casualty, medical and residential losses.
Kelly has vast experience working both an as independent adjuster
and a staff adjuster, honing in on investigative skills, negotiation,
policy interpretation, while providing superior customer service.

Rene Fenez
Rene joined the insurance industry in 1993, originally as a claims investigator with a private firm, later moving to an Adjusting position with a Canadian domestic insurer. As a Staff Adjuster and Examiner his focus was on complex claims requiring in-depth investigation.
In 2005 Rene and his family moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia and he began his career as an Independent Adjuster. His experience and background have led clients to entrust him with significant and complex claims across a wide variety of industries in Canada, the US, and Mexico.
His areas of handling include sensitive complex claims, Energy, Marine Risks, Industrial & Commercial Property as well as Cyber and Liability lines.
Passionate about the insurance industry, Rene has instructed Cyber Risk for the Insurance Institute of Canada and has been asked to speak at conventions and seminars.
When not working Rene enjoys spending time in his kitchen with his family, especially his nine grandchildren.
